1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the Healthlytics website and services (provided by iQonsulting), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, software, and materials provided by Healthlytics remain our intellectual property. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use our services. Custom solutions may have separate intellectual property agreements.

6. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high service availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance. We are not liable for service interruptions beyond our reasonable control.

7. Limitation of Liability

Healthlytics and iQonsulting shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for services in the preceding 12 months.

When using Healthlytics services in healthcare environments, additional terms apply:
